How long does shipping take?

Usually, the shipping time from order to delivery is 2-3 days until the product arrives at your home.

How will my package be shipped?

We ship climate neutrally via our shipping service provider DHL.

Package tracking

You will receive a link from us as soon as we hand over the package to DHL and you can track it via the DHL platform.

Package handover

You will receive the package from our partner DHL. If you are not at home, you can either choose a drop-off location or pick up the package from the post office.

The package is defective

In this case, please refuse to accept the package from DHL so that it is returned and inform us immediately by email. You will receive a replacement delivery from us after confirmation from DHL.

I want to return the package

Please use our cancellation policy and let us know by email. In principle, you have the right to return the item within 14 days. Please note that there is no deterioration of the goods; in this case, the goods must be returned to us in their original, sealed condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.

You have not received the package!

In this case, you must immediately inform DHL that the package has not been delivered. You must also inform us, as this is the only way we can contact our shipping partner DHL to ensure that the shipped item is investigated.

We are constantly expanding our service through third-party providers, but we can currently only offer you the most common payment methods.

Can I receive my package on account?

Purchasing on account is possible with us. However, you must select our payment service provider Klarna when ordering.

Guest, order or customer account?

As a guest buyer, you do not have an account in our shop, but have the option of paying for the goods directly via the checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any advantages like in a customer account. We generally recommend registering in our shop as a customer.
